Are your trading cards and collectibles authentic?

Absolutely. At The Pokécave, we guarantee that 100% of our inventory is sourced directly from official distributors and verified collectors. Every booster pack, box, and individual card is inspected for authenticity.

How do you ensure cards aren't damaged during shipping?

We take collector-grade packaging seriously. Single cards are shipped in top-loaders and team bags, while larger items are bubble-wrapped and secured in heavy-duty boxes to prevent corner dings or pressure damage during transit.

What is your return policy on sealed products?

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, sealed products (such as booster boxes and elite trainer boxes) can only be returned if the original factory shrink wrap is completely intact. Once a seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, and tracking information is provided as soon as your package leaves the cave.

Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?

Yes! We offer pre-orders for most major TCG expansions. Please note that any order containing a pre-order item will ship in its entirety once the final item in the order is officially released.
